Nashville Million Dollar Homes Sales April 2012 – along with the rest of the Nashville real estate market has made a considerable improvement with 22 closing on Nashville homes over a million dollars, compared to just 14 last April. The median sales price for Nashville million dollar homes was $1,470,460 and the average size of homes sold was 7096 square feet. Following are the locations of luxury homes sold in Nashville during the month.

Annandale in Brentwood with 3 closings
Belle Meade with 3 closings
Belmont one closing
Black Hawk in Williamson county with one closing
Bridle Way Farms – Williamson county equestrian home
Cloverland Acres in Brentwood – one home sold
Dorset Park in Green Hills – one closing
