Sullivan Farms Real Estate – With 6 closings for the month of August, sales seem to be picking up  in Sullivan Farms.  The average days on market for sold homes was 63, much better than the previous months 94. The average price for sold homes was $316,966, or $118.82 per square ft.

Westhaven real estate sales for May were outstanding with 22 closings,  beating the 19 sales for May of 2007, and the 13 sales in April 2008. With 26 properties currently pending, it seems as if the sales for summer will be better than ever.

Prices for Westhaven have risen from an average of $560,611 last may to $610,656 for may of 2008. The average size of homes sold in Westhaven have increased from 3028 square ft in 2007 to 3271 square ft in 2008. The average price per square ft has increased slightly from $185.14 to $186.69.
