Franklin tn real estate – March of 2009 has been a really challenging month for Franklin real estate. With the economy being slow, and the Obama administration telling us how much worse it’s going to get unless we do what he says, it’s amazing that people were brave enough to get out in the cold, rain, and snowy weather that we had in March to look for a home. Even with all of that, houses were still selling, and at a much better rate and price than anyone would expect, if you watch the news.

List price to sales ratio of Franklin real estate was 96 percent, Hopefully this will tell buyers what to expect, and realize that some homes are priced correctly, and will sell in a matter of days. Especially with the inventory of inexpensive Franklin Real Estate at an extremely low number.

List price to sales ratio of Brentwood real estate was 95 percent, Hopefully this will tell buyers what to expect, and realize that most homes are priced correctly, and the savings are already priced into the home. Well priced homes in good condition will sell quickly,  especially with the inventory of inexpensive Brentwood Real Estate at an extremely low number.

Falcon Creek Franklin tn Home Sales – First quarter

Franklin real estate – It seems like the bottom of this market is finally starting to move. On of the least expensive neighborhoods in Franklin tn is Falcon Creek. Most of the homes are priced between $215,000 and $250,000. for franklin, this is one of the most affordable areas to buy a home.
