Westhaven – Franklin real estate

Westhaven is a planned community west of Franklin in Williamson county. With the idea of going back to a small town appearance and feel, it’s a great community to get away from the big city. Tree lined streets, and lots of green space are a trademark of Southern Land Company, and Westhaven has both in abundance.

Homes and townhouses start at $400,000 and go up to $1,700,000. With sizes that vary from 1500 square ft to over 7000 square ft. Whatever you need in a home, you can probably find it in Westhaven.

The golf course is under construction, and scheduled to open in 2009. The commercial properties are starting to become occupied, with a Vanderbilt clinic already open, and a Publix scheduled to open soon.

The schools zoned for Westhaven are Walnut Grove elementary, Grassland Middle, and Franklin High school.
